True well-being takes work.

You'll never "arrive" at a perfect version of yourself. And you aren’t existing in your own self-improvement bubble, which makes this whole process even more difficult. Handling uncomfortable situations, navigating a toxic boss or work environment, dealing with anxiety, learning to focus on progress, not perfection—these are pretty common challenges (but def not easy).
